Once we receive the claim form in the mail our offices will contact you to discuss everything.
Please allow between 60 – 90 days for claims to be resolved.

Special Instructions:
1. Do NOT discard damaged items, cartons or boxes.
2. Do NOT proceed with any repairs or replacements, unless absolutely necessary.
3. Fill out all fields on claim form that you are capable of answering.
